All rates, except monthly/extended stay rentals are subject to a 9% Vermont Rooms Tax (not included below).
Holiday, fall foliage and special event rates are higher.
We're sorry, but we are unable to accomodate Smokers, Pets or Children under 12 years of age.
Spring/Summer Rates:
March & April: $1,350/month, $650/week, $150/night (two night minimum, three night minimum for event weekends.
May-July: Sorry, already reserved.
August: $2,300/month, $1,000/week. Sorry, nightly rates are not available for August.
Other rates and packages available - since each situation is unique I can tailor a rental program to suite individual needs, the monthly rate will be based on the number of guests and length of stay. Call or email for more information.

All reservations must be secured with a signed Rental Agreement & full payment (personal check in advance or Paypal).
